Who we are
Tuscan Digital ("we", "us") runs tuscan.digital. We are a Tuscan Group company based at Business Village, B-Block, Port Saeed, Dubai, UAE, with a delivery centre in Chennai, India. For any privacy question, email info@tuscan.digital.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, company, the services you are interested in and your message. Phone number and budget are optional.
- Security data. Your IP address and the time of your request, used to block spam and abuse of the form.
- Analytics. Google Analytics records the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you reached us.
- Spam check. Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact form to confirm a real person is sending it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and manage any work that follows. We use security and analytics data to keep the site safe and to learn which pages help visitors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Our team in Dubai and Chennai sees enquiries so we can answer them. We also use service providers that run parts of the site for us: Hostinger (hosting and email) and Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA and web fonts). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Where it is stored
The website and a private copy of each enquiry are held on our hosting provider's servers in India, with backups in Singapore. Google may process data in other countries under its own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, then delete them unless the law asks us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our Google Analytics account.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. reCAPTCHA may set cookies on the contact page. We also save one small item in your browser so the homepage intro does not replay on every visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 give you rights over your data. You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent
Email info@tuscan.digital and we will respond as quickly as we can, within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and the contact form is protected against spam and abuse.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
